I have been slacking on my resolution to live a tad healthier. Work is leaving me exhauuuuusted and the cold makes me seriously reclusive. No excuses, I just need to buckle down. Here is the plan I will be enacting TODAY:
Diet. I wont be strictly counting calories or eating only cabbage. I will however be focusing my caloric intake on lean protein, veggies, fruit, dairy, nuts and seeds. I need to eat breakfast (not just coffee :-), snack throughout the day, and cut back on the butter (*gasp*).
Hydrate. I will be sure to drink at 8 servings of water per day.
Stretch. I'm not a huge yoga fan (I can't be that
quiet or calm for very long :-), but stretching is one of my favorite
things on Earth. I use to dance competitively when I was younger and I
miss being flexible and having impeccable posture.
Work Out. Obviously
this needs to happen. I plan to squeeze in working out at home because
it is easy, cheap and warmer than outside (brrrrr snow). I am shooting
for 6 days per week. 45 minutes of cardio on my elliptical machine and 60 of everything below:

I'll let you know how I make out with all of this. Anyone else vow to shape up a titch this year?
PS: I want this. It would make me feel way less guilty when watching a marathon of Law and Order reruns.
